Accelerating decelerating and turning frames of reference experience
the weight fluctuations of gravity in the opposite direction of the
change. Einstein said they are equivalent to gravity. They are an
extension of the gravitational field but without the curvature.

Gyroscopes are sideways or horizontal weight due to rotation gravity.
Rotation gravity is close to what might be called anti gravity because
it can cancel gravity. You have more gravity at one of the Earth's
poles that at the equator. Rotation cancels a little weight at the
equator. Centrifugal force cancels a little of the Earth's gravity.
