There is a Mossbauer recoil but it is very dependent
on the atomic structure (crystal?) near the emission
site.

I just hung a drop lamp 10 meters below a tree limb.
No deflection when I plugged it to a power point.

You need a fine bilanx with a mirror target and a laser readout many
metres long. Its deflection is due tom the Earth and its stuff rather
than the lamp's radiation, however.

Light doesn't get its energy from its speed. It is at gravity Gamma.
