Hi,
is it possible to get (ie. filter) atoms with identical
properties (energy, spin etc.)?
For example of the simple Hydrogen atom.

Sure. Mass spectrometer, for example.

Definitely it is possible to get nuclei with identical
proporties.Large number of examples are available.
