Well, it is if the illuminant is assumed to be the equal energy "E"

Illuminant E or D50 (relevant for prints): the difference doesn't
matter
for trapping. Much more important is the totally wrong sorting by
luminance Y concerning visual lightness:

Page 8,9,10: the color palettes top right are sorted by Y.
I had mentioned this already a while ago. Now it seems to be
even more important, considering trapping based on 'Neutral
Density'.
